Job Posting: A prominent player in the Indian FMCG space is looking for an Export Manager based in Mumbai
The role involves developing current and future export markets for mainline fmcg products , in neighboring and other markets. The role will involve traveling to markets like the Middle East, South East Asia, Europe and America. Ideal candidate will have some relationships in these markets and will have a roll-up-his-sleeves attitude and get things done. Work will involve identifying trade channels and distributors, pricing and negotiations , identifying potential retailers and planning specific marketing campaigns with a view to introducing the brands of the company into these markets. While the brand has a presence in some of these markets , this needs to be strengthened, and the need is for a hardworking, self starter , with 7 + years of experience ( in fmcg /fmcg exports ) , in the age group 30-40.
